NEW MIDDLE SCHOOL FOOD SERVICE OPTION:  2^nd Entrée Only

As of February 1^st, students will have the opportunity to purchase a 2^nd entrée (i.e., the main course only) at a price of $1.25.  This option is available only after first purchasing or obtaining a complete Type A Meal (Full price = $2.60).  This option is being provided to offer students the flexibility to purchase an additional entrée without having to pay for an entire additional lunch.

Our students have been MAP testing this week, giving us another data point to track their growth throughout the year.  All 6th and 7th grade students will be testing during our Winter MAP window, allowing students and teachers to follow their progress closely.  Students will continue to MAP test all the way through D96 and during their time at Stevenson High School.

Superintendent of D96 schools Julie Schmidt was in our building today.  She paid a visit to many classrooms and participated in the Mrs. Rosen's music class as they created their garage band recordings.
